A couple weeks ago we had the privilege of photographing Mark and Jenna's wedding. Both the ceremony and the reception took place at the University of Illinois' Memorial Stadium and its Colonnades Club located in the grand stand. This was our second wedding at this venue and it truly is a beautiful place for a wedding. We got to see new parts of it that were different than last time, with a visit to the 7th floor allowing us to see the windows where the giant "ILLINI" banners are hung. Also due to both the ceremony and reception taking place at the same venue we also were able to get a glimpse of the preparation going on to get the wedding venue space ready to go. It is really cool to watch the place transform into a really neat venue.You many recognize Mark and Jenna as we did their engagement photos back near the end of 2015 right before the cold months arrived in Illinois. We always enjoy getting to work with couples over longer periods of time seeing them from proposal or engagement all the way to their wedding day.
