Phoenix!

After a long day of travel, the team has made it safely to Phoenix, Arizona.  The temperature upon arrival was 99 degrees, which felt amazing.  Everyone made it through security and all luggage is present and accounted for.  Upon arrival in Phoenix we were able to obtain the van  before the renting agency closed (Praise God!).  Following that we successfully navigated to First Christian Church of Phoenix where we met Kenyan who is our awesome host representing the church.  He recommended an phenomenal restaurant that we ate at called Via De Los Santos.  The food was really good and we all had a blast, that is after Bird was able to turn the van + trailer around after about 10 minutes of trying(all while a family watched, pointed, and laughed from their porch).  Walmart was the next stop for Team Transformers.  While shopping at the mall the team ran into some very interesting folk.  Among them was a SWAT Team, fully armed, walking through the aisles (see fuzzy picture below).  All in all God has blessed us greatly as we have traveled safely and had an amazing time.  We are all excited to see how he will continue as we get ready to serve at DOOR ministries.  Enjoy the photos below!!
