Cornerstone Festival 2012- Oh Sister, Oh Brother

It was another hot day during the summer heat wave of 2012 and it was my first full day at Cornerstone Festival 2012.  Hilarie and I went to see a band called Oh Sister, Oh Brother.  We had a connection to the band through a friend so it was a great way to get me warmed up to the whole Cornerstone experience.  The show was great and was located on the Gallery Stage which was the big stage of the festival.  I definitely enjoyed the music, and began to realize how short the sets were since there were so many bands.  Fortunately we got the chance to see them again on a different stage the next day so all was well.  On our way to that second show we were stopped by a young man asking what type of show we were going to see (trying to come up with a way to convince us to come see a show he was promoting).  We kind of stumbled around with that question as we weren't sure how to best characterize the music that they play, but we kindly had to impart the fact that no matter what he said, we already had a show lined up to see at that time.Thanks to the fact that both of the shows happened during the day, I was able to get some pretty decent photos, so here they are.  Hope you enjoy!This work by JD Maloney is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License.
